MmmmmSeafood is granted by the Nordic Innovation Centre. MmmmmSeafood started on 1st June 2007. The project duration is 2.5 years. MmmmmSeafood has 10 partners in 3 Nordic countries (Norway, Denmark and Iceland).
 
MmmmmSeafood will focus on the development:

• of innovative concepts for culinary consumer oriented Nordic seafood products, meant for young adults and families with young children, for easy use at home and for out-of-home consumption.
• of targeted communication strategy for increasing seafood consumption by young adults and young families
